I hired Aspen Plumbing Service to install a new gas line to my kitchen for a gas range. Ron (the owner and plumber) was probably one of the most helpful and professional contractors that I've worked with. Moreover, his price was about half that of two other quotes that I received. There was a question about local code, and Ron called the city's building department to confirm that the project would pass inspection before starting work. Aspen was able to start work within a few days of my first phone call, and came back the day the project passed inspection to finalize the range installation. Finally, I mentioned to Ron that I'd call him back to fix a very slow leak in a new valve that I installed myself when replacing a toilet. Rather than having to call back, Ron fixed the leak by re-installing the valve the same day he installed the gas line, AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR IT! Yes, I made sure to tip him for this and for his excellent service. I'll never hire another plumber, and will recommend Aspen Plumbing Service anytime someone needs a plumber.
