        Arctic Rose Bridal Salon is the most experienced and professional bridal boutique in Alaska and has been in Wasilla, Alaska, since 1984. As brides enter our comfortable and private salon located near downtown Wasilla, they feel not only welcome but also pampered as we listen to their ideas to experience their vision. We are eager to share our time with brides during one to two hour private and personal consultations. We are no longer a walk in retail. We sell retail, but feature special times set aside for our shoppers.

        Purchased a wedding gown that was on sale because I was assured by the sales person that the gown could be altered to fit my daughter. The sales person said this altering would be simple. The sales person then encouraged me to wash the gown in my washing machine at home to "freshen it up". I took the dress to two seamstresses and both said the dress could not be altered properly without taking the entire bodice apart and even then it would not look right because of the dress size compared to my daughter's size. I tried to return the dress for an exchange today but the sales person was rude and told me there was nothing she could do but give me the name of another seamstress. My daughter's wedding is in two weeks. We have no dress. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
