ARC is a general restoration and waterproofing contractor serving San Francisco, Marin, & the Bay Area. - Concrete restoration. Expertly reconstruct concrete walls with rebar or ornamental concrete - repairing deterioration, sealing the concrete. We also use epoxy injection which is a permanent bond to the original concrete. - Installation of a variety of epoxy flooring systems. - Full masonry repair, restoration and waterproofing. - Wood rot: we expertly remove all damaged wood, install new wood and find the sources that created the problem, whether on decks, behind walls, or in roof areas. - New deck construction - Window and door replacement with a water tight installation and restore existing walls to their original beauty. - We provide all necessary waterproofing services (including elastomeric and siliconized coating applications, crystalline and urethane rubber applications) above and below grade. - Deck Waterproofing: Whether on wood or other flexible decks, we install elastomeric surface systems that afford maximum protection. We install elastomeric liquid and single-ply membranes. Or we can use both Pli-Dek and LIFE-DECK cementitious waterproofing systems for plywood substrates. - Installation of elastomeric pedestrian and vehicular traffic systems. Using state of the art elastomeric liquid membranes, we provide a flexible protection system impervious to water, sunlight, and abrasion. Can be installed on the surface of an existing concrete slab, or the topping slab can be removed, structurally re-inforced, and a new “between slab” membrane with drainage mat can be installed. - Where access to a leaking below grade wall is impossible, a cementitious system which works by crystalline growth through the capillary voids in the concrete substrate, can be applied. - install exterior sump pump systems where no gravity drainage is possible. - External wall waterproofing: A liquid rubber system with french drain mat protection can be applied on the positive side. - ARC provides comprehensive stucco and concrete wall waterproofing. We install rubber sealant at all movement joints and a complete Elastomeric wall waterproofing system to create a complete waterproof seal. - Repair foam panel EIFS walls, and use the Dow Allguard 123 siliconized coating system to stop the leaks. - ARC caulks stucco, concrete, wood, and other surfaces, including high rise sealing of pre-cast panels and windows using time tested silicone and urethane rubber. - Installation of both elastomeric and composite shingle roof surface systems. - we offer pinpoint detection of exterior building leakage. Our array of tools and techniques includes: negative vacuum pressure, colored dyes, isolated area water testing and design analysis. We provide detailed written reports with our findings, digital photos and specifications for recommended remedial products.
