Service guy had to make 2 trips to my home to fix plumbing issue because they didn't have replacement part. Spoke with the owner who said they would work with me on the labor charges and not charge for both trips. Received the final bill and he had charged me for 3 hours labor when should have been 2. Called the owner about our previous conversation and he proceeded to yell at me. Started making excuses about gas prices( no one pays me extra for gas ), the 20 minute drive to my house, stated someone had to pay for the drive time and gas and it wasn't going to be him. After screaming at me for a couple of minutes he hung up.

Do to not knowing the specific customer or nature of the service call it is difficult as a business to address the complaint. After taking some time to review the situation we have been able to recall one service call where there was a defect on a manufactures piece that was installed by us. Upon discovering the defect we replaced the part and didn’t charge the customer for either part. We have been proudly serving the tri city area for over 35 years and pride ourselves on our customer service. We hope the person who posted this review will contact us to try to work out an agreement where we both are happy with the outcome. We look forward to serving you not only with your heating, cooling, plumbing & refrigeration needs but also as members of your communities.
