Apex Sedan and Taxi

Ms. Walton completely missed the point. She called at 9:30 a.m. To make a local time call @ 2pm.. Because we had 2 cars operating that day I would not be able to commit a car to her so early in the day. I had no way of knowing where my 2 cars would be @ 1pm. I asked her to call back @ 1pm and she became angry. We tried to be up front with this woman and she denigrates the company.

Wow, there's a first time for everything. Called to set up a schedule for my wife's transportation to and from school for the next couple of weeks and they did not want to tie up a cab during both times for the small fair and to contact ABC. Totally understand the business sense of the decision because as the gentleman explained if they got a call for A2 or the airport it would be more than a few miles; BUT that's if someone else calls. Not to mention the customer service of telling someone to contact their competitor because a hypothetical situation is more valuable than your business. However I'm adding an extra star to my rating because of their honesty which is by far very hard to find now a days.

I have used this cab service. Very reliable and on time.

I just got off of the phone with these guys and I was told, "We are trying to build a business, so if you wanted to go to say, Lansing, we would be able to take you there. We just don't make much money on short runs." My response, "So, you're trying to build a business but willing to turn a possible customer away? Good luck!" I would give these guys less than a 1 star rating if I could. Terrible customer service in my book.

Best taxi service I've ever used! Jim is always available and on time. The car is extremely clean and he always has great conversation for the ride. I have used this service for the last two months for school, doctors appointments and any other miscellaneous errands and have not had any issues with scheduling or rates. Jim has been a great help! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of transportation.
