Also wish I could givr negativr stars. They gave me an eta. After calling multiple times after the eta I finally got them on the phone. I asked why they never let me know they would be late they said they dont do that. After waiting 2 hours after the time promised I cancelled no apologies or didcounts, guy just said they are backed up. Will never use again. I suggest you stay away.

I'm giving a 1 start because I can't give a negative star! This is by far the worst company ever! We requested a tow via American Family Insurance who currently uses Quest to provide towing services. They contact this company who said they would pick up our auto and take it to a location in Kennesaw. After 4 hours and the tow guy never showing. The owner of the company told Quest that he is them a favor by picking up my auto, seeing that we live in the backwoods of Dallas. Mind you I'm in the city of Dallas right on the border to Acworth, exactly 10 miles from American Towing & Auto. I would not recommend this company to the devil. Stay away, they have no business etiquette about them. Will be filing a compliant with the BBB. I hope they are dropped from the list of provides via Quest.

This garage took me for $900 to replace my catalytic converter. I picked my truck up after a week in Friday by Sunday my bumper was melting. They wouldn't return calls and when my husband went there, Jeff was awful to him. If I can prevent this from happening to you I will feel like my pain is worth it.

Needed a quick tow from my house in Marietta to a shop in Austell. The driver's name was Joseph and I received prompt and polite service. I would recommend these guys.
