Great to deal with and very understanding considering losing my car to them, they also got my daughters car back in 2010 and they were great to her as well, yes they took both cars and we had to get out stuff at their lot, but all our stuff was there and nothing was misssing as the last posters have said. Their job cant be easy so i would imagine people make stuff up cause they lose their car and feel its their fault. I highly doubt they would take stuff and the bank not do anything about it or not even file a police report? But im a christian and dont see the need to make false claims. Anyway they made my first and i hope last repo a good experience overall they were very professional.

they are good at what they do stealing things besides just cars.. stereos,tools,optima batteries,and spare tires off new escalades and suvs the banks need to do a review on who's really working for them...

My car was repode, so they had to box up are stuff , when we got home there was things missing that were worth quite a bit of money,plus to top that off they didn't even take everything out of the car, so when it was shipped off the car still had things that belonged to us inside.When we called about are missing stuff they had a big story about how they don't need to take things because they make over $55,000 a year and how we should have came out when the knocked,but they didn't and the person who came to get the car even said that he didn't knock or leave a note or follow up the next day like he should have.They charge you $25.00 to pack up your stuff,but it's free to steal.So for anyone who goes through them for any reason watch out they will steal from you and watch you walk away with what they didn't want and laugh about it later. But I hope they remember this what comes around goes around and next time they may not deal with people as forgiving as us and will get what's coming to them.
