I have had poor service with Dirt Free Carpet, owned and operated by Mr. Aubry Theodee, the last two times I hired them. In striking contrast to the service provided by Dirt Free, not only was Mr. Gross on time, he was polite, knowledgeable in his field and when he finished the dingy look of the carpet in the heavy traffic areas and the stains that were left by Dirt Free were gone. A friend of mine had many good things to say about Phil with Amazing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, who cleaning her carpet for a few years so I thought I would give him a try. I have a very old carpet that has seen many paws cross it. This gentleman did an amazing job. I can't believe how fresh and clean he got that old rug. He was very polite and tended to business, insisting that I check his work before I paid. I have used many carpet cleaners in the past but none of them have done the job they said they would do. It is nice to know there are still people who are as good as their word. I will use him again.

He is very nice, got here before scheduled time but he called to verify if it was fine for me. came here and did his job without loosing anytime. I heard about this company from their coupon from HEB, and I'm super impressed with their work. Every stain is gone and it finally looks so fresh and clean! They were friendly and fast too! I'll definitely be telling my friends and family.

Phil did a great job on our living room/dining area. This is our second time using amazing carpets and both experiences have been great. Service is excellent, friendly, and we are always satisfied. As a mom, kids drag in dirt and spill everything, yet Phil was able to get the carpet looking great.

We were in the process of moving out of our rental and the carpets were filthy from three dogs (1 being geriatric and messier than usual) and not being cleaned for over four years with LOTS of traffic. Phil did a fantastic (and quick) job, even doing more than we asked without charging extra. He made sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving us. The carpets look better than they did when we moved in! He also repaired a damaged patch as well. His prices are extremely reasonable and he was very pleasant to work with. Our small company had not had our carpets cleaned in a year or so. Phil gave a good price even though our carpets were pretty stained especially in our breakroom area. He was able to get all the stains out and leaving our carpets looking new again even though are carpet is pretty old. He is very preofessional and knows his business. We were very happy with the end results. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a good carpet cleaner.

Let me start off with saying my laptop caught on fire and burned about 4 feet of my carpet, now that is a different story and i won't go into detail. Phil was able to come out to the house much faster and with a resonable price and was able to fix my carpet. I had researched about 5 other companies and they didn't have the good reviews like this one. I'm very happy with the end result. He was very professional and showed up on time. I will be recommending the company if anyone ever asks.
