Was at my house 2 times to fix problem. Charged my card and did not complete service's. Jame's said I was hard to get a hold of, I called the business during opening hours. The female on the phone said they would get back with me, two different occasions I had to call back up there two days later because I did not receive a call back. I call during business hours now and get answering machine. James quoted a different price now after doing the work 4 times higher. I am going to have to find a different company, a real headache. I would not recommend and I am very aggravated with the operation in Warrengton, MO.

We actually made 3 trips to his home, the water shut off in the front yard was buried and had to be re-located. We made an extra trip to locate the shut off so we could make the repairs. We did not charge him for any of the time spent to locate the shut off. When we went to make the repairs, the water shut off outside would not shut off so we would have had to replace the shut off before we could do anything in the home. That is why the price was higher. It was for additional work that we had to do. Our office called him back everytime he called. We answer the phone at all times of the day & if messages are left I return all calls asap. The only thing he was charged was a service call to diagnose and find the problem. Which we did. We did not charge him anything for the extra trips or time we spent trying to locate the water shut off.
They had Awseome response time, great customer service, fair prices. They fully quoted before they started the work. Love that they are family owned & operated. As a mom it made me feel safer. Will definitely use again! And to top it off the the owner answers the phone, follows up on the job & SHE is a master plumber!! Keep up the great work!!!
