Alpha Plumbing

Watch your cost. I had a short term request to disconnect a gas stove due to new hardwood floors being installed a few days later. Alpha was here for a gand total of 15 mins and charged $136.00 (there was $6.00 worth of parts) to do a simple disconnect. I asked for a quick quote on a couple of minor items and about 90 mins wrth of work (replace a faucet and install a whole house water filter) was quoted at $300. The guy was pleasant, neat and knew his job but the cost was outrageous.

Chuck The owner came out and gave an estimate on the work to be done and Gave us a fair price... The workers showed up at our house, Very polite and courteous people. We were not going to be home so we left the door unlocked so they could get back and forth into the basement. We arrived back home and were astonished at the great job they had done. A portion of our front yard had to be dug up to get to the pipes and it was done and cleaned up so nicely. All the water that had accumulated on the driveway and sidewalk was gone. No mess in the street from their equipment or the yard. I will most deffinately refer people to this company who has a need for plumbing service. A++++++++++ Service...

to quote a main lateral replacement. (it was 5:45 pm.)



The price was fair, equally important he listened to my

concerns about disrupting the yard with trenching.

Alpha dug 2 working holes and shot a pneumatic missile thru the soil from one hole to the other.

This saved our sidewalk and yard.



Mike and his partner who did the work, were completely professional and polite. The men took care and paid close attention to their work. Excellent installation and solder job. Cleaned up their work areas inside and out.



They even tamped the backfill and sod to leave the lawn

nice looking.



Even their receptionist is pleasant. ( I dumped one quote due to a rude receptionist).



I will definately call them first for my plumbing needs in the future.
