Allstar Fence

We commissioned All Star fence and deck to build a privacy fence and a screened patio. We expressed the desire to have the patio painted before they screened it in and they said they didnt do that so we did. Prior to us hiring him to build our fence and patio, it was made clear to us that no payment would be asked for until the job was completed, however after the fence was built and the patio was partially done, All Star really pressured me to pay in full. I did, but shouldnt have. When they returned to finish the patio after we meticulously painted it, he added several unpainted boards (we would have painted them if we had known). Also, they used our pool ladder as their ladder as well as allowing the ashes of their cigarettes to fall on my outdoor furniture cushions, making cigarette burns in them. We are pretty disappointed. Dont pay until you know they are done and you have checked their work, also, be there when they are at your house!!!!!! I was there and saw them do these things with my own eyes.
