        General Info
        David started working in the construction industry in the 90s while attending college at Appalachian State University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Residential Construction. While working his way through college as a maintenance engineer for a local hotel, he also worked for independent contractors either building new homes or renovating older homes in Banner Elk and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. This is where David gained an appreciation for quality construction, materials and techniques. Several years later, after a successful career in Transportation Management, David decided to go into business for after doing several home renovations. Those projects turned into a hobby once he decided to help others by becoming a home inspector.

        Overall
        Because of the age and condit...

        I loved the website with detailed inspection notes as well as

        pictures identifying problems that needed to be addressed by the

        sellers. The people that sold me the home said, "Why didn't our inspector

        insist on all these things?" I told them I just had a great inspector!

        My realtor liked your work so much she used you to inspect the home she

        just bought."
