        Overall

        Purchased soft water and RO system from Advanced Water couple of years ago. Regular service calls were always over $500. Charged $80 for coral filter (their cost = $30 for 6 pounds!).

        Got fed up with being ripped off and wrote a letter to the owner. Never received an answer.
