The initial call was handled very professionally. The technicians that they sent to my home were polite and professional and this company even did a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the service, not to mention the fact that they gave me a comment card to fill out. They were a little more expensive, but well worth the extra few dollars. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly reccommend this company.
