        Overall

        Terrible service and support. We purchased a brand new Carrier htg/ac from this company and they will not support with service. On a very cold weekend our heat went out and they would not help. Its a vacation home and they wouldn't accept a credit card or bill us. Our kids were in the home wihout heat. ADCO didn't care and would not help! If you purchase a system from them don't expect them to support you after the sale!
