THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED, MY BROTHER WAS STRANDED IN AN INTERSECTION THAT IS VERY TRAFFIC FILLED, SO I CALLED A-1 DISCOUNT TOWING INC. A.K.A. THE BUCKEYE TOWING CORPERATION. BY THE WAY I RETRIEVED THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER RIGHT OUT OF THE PHONE BOOK CONVENEINTLY THE FIRST ONE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. I THEN INITIATED A PHONE CALL TO THEM TO GO GET MY BROTHER IN THE TURN LANE OF RT. 59 & NEW YORK STREET IN NAPERVILLE-AURORA, ILLINOIS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD GET SOMEONE RIGHT OUT WITHIN 20 MINUTES TO TOW MY BROTHER, I THEN TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND SEND SOMEONE OUT. THEY RESPONDED TO THE CALL WITHIN ONLY 15 MINUTES, AND THEN COMPLETED THE SERVICE AT A LOW COST OF $85.00 TO GO TO DOWNTOWN AURORA TO MY MECHANIC!!!!!

i got my car towed from them, my gps said they were only 25 mins away, it took them 2 hrs to come get me, then they charged me $800 bucks to get my car off there truck! they are horrible and take there time pulling people out. Then they rob us blind, we had to pay or we wouldnt get our car back! how do these people sleep at night!

I broke down on I88 in the construction zone by rt.31 with my young child and I called 411 and they connected me to A-1 Discount Towing of Aurora Illinois, they told me it would be twenty minutes before they would arrive to tow my car, but i was suddenly suprised within 10 minutes they had arrived. They then towed my car to firestone on kirk rd. in North Aurora, i was so happy that they were able to arrive so soon and take me and my child off the highway to the repair shop at the most reasonable rate i've ever paid, The total with the hook up and mileage was $125.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!
