Fast, friendly reliable experience. Customer service and Drivers all classy. There are far to many listings on yellow pages in this area for Taxis and they are not companies but some driver that used to drive for companies like this one who don't answer the phones anymore. yellow pages should do a better job cleaning up the jungle gym or listings. Also kind of funny the haters who post a review and only have history of ever giving 1 review. Obviously those are haters with no other reason to post such rating then jealousy to attempt and tear someone down. Sad more can't just worry about themselves.
Scheduled a ride, driver assured me he would be there at that time and never showed, and I missed my commitment. Very unreliable.
I have rode with this company for a little over a year and great company and have very good drivers. Don't understand how any one can rate 1 star . I recommend this company over all of them.
$94 to go from Mile Marker 11 on the interstate to Days Inn (about 15 miles)??? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

We can not conform these accusations because Mrs Kim H. was never a passenger on the trip. The driver claims this to be false. He said it was a truck driver and even wrote him a receipt so he could be reimbursed by his company and we never over charge. The state controls what we were allowed to charge for a taxi and the meters are set and never change. You could always try a ride share next time they are allowed to change prices and charge these kind of fees because they are not regulated like taxis and are allowed to surge if they feel demand is high. Our prices for local trips never exceed 2.50 per mile. Long trips the drivers almost always flat rate the trip and give a gracious discount as opposed to what the meter would say. I am sorry you are unplease because your husband had trouble on the road assuming you are his wife? The same lady called into the office about her concern and i can only verify thats not what the receipt requested by the customer for reimbursement said. If the client was happy because it was a late hour and others drivers in the area would not answer and he was stranded so he decided to tip them i would have no way to confirm or deny any cash tip to the driver beyond their word. Even with all of this said if ms Kim H. were to call the office line & ask to speak to the Manager, myself or my partner would have likely found a way to satisfy her concern and if we could have confirmed such a thing we would have refunded the charges and terminated the contract with the driver for breech of contract at that time as Taxi Professionals are not allowed to "surge" or change prices like i said above. But she called the DRIVER since they list their own numbers but they are independent contractors. The drive just happen to show up in a Aarons taxi. Rather then call into the office as i would suggest if anyone ever has a issue like this she just posted a false review about Aarons Taxi Service. I have not seen this and some of my recollection is vaquge but on top of all else mentioned the contractor mentioned does not even lease a Car from Aarons Taxi Service anymore or i would be happy to point you to their listing so you could put the review in the right place and blame the correct party.

Sorry to disappoint you sir (Alex?) Will try to find a way to address your concern if YP will allow us to contact you directly but that seems like a bit of a low blow? We have no control over driver with other services and weither or not they care to give drivers incentives to earn reviews.
My drivers name was David I think. Very nice and when I had to make a stop, he was not in a rush, even though it was a very busy Friday evening. My fare was really reasonable compared to the other taxi service in town. Even the lady that answers the phone is really polite and patient. I hope they are this way all the time!!
LOL @ the last review. That's a pretty ignorant comment to give anyone in support of a 1 star review. It just looks (to me anyway's) like someone is jealous or has a personal problem with the owner. Honestly, i do not even know "him" (Aaron?) personally. But I had a pleasant ride to the Atlanta Airport with one of Aaron's drivers "Tammy" I believe was her name. I called several other services 1st to check on prices. After speaking to, i guess this owner Aaron! I realized he was flexible & the others i called were not even close to buying my business with such high prices in comparison. Anyways after a pleasant ride and friendly conversation for 2.5 hours with the driver he sent me, i tried to tip this lady 20$ at the trips end. She had ask in earlier conversation how I heard about Aaron's and i said Yellow Pages. So when i offered to tip her 20$ in Atlanta she said "That's not necessary if you have a YP account a review of your experience would mean just as much and cost you nothing" Well i left it on the seat anyways because it was very well deserved & here's the review Tammy. Maybe that's how you haters could get some reviews. think about your image and bad prices instead of giving someone a one star review with the only explanation being the previous review? You deserve one star for ignorance yourself. Thanks Tammy & Aaron

My cousin referred me here. Much better service then the other I called. Excellent communication. Couldn't get to me the 2nd time I called. But got me another driver in a reasonable amount of time.
Friendly guy. Got me where I needed to go a few times now and doesn't try to take the long way or give me the "broken Credit Card machine" routine. 2 previous drivers both had some excuse why they have to have cash. Thanks Matt
