AA1 BEST CONSTRUCTIONS

Lavaca is the king of high pressure sales. As soon as I agreed to hire him, he brought in his heavy equipment and broke up my driveway and sidewalk. He missed his pour date by 4 days and when he did pour the concrete, the finish was terrible. He had untrained labor and the product he delivered was amateurish. My neighbor commented that it was the kind of product that us untrained guys would do. He ended up skim coating my porch and walk and it doesn’t match the surrounding walkways. His concrete chipped, cracked, his formboards weren’t straight, he dragged the hose over the wet concrete and left the imperfections in the finished product. Glaringly poor work. I will never hire him again and will warn my neighbors about him.
