A1A PC Computer Shop

Bought my laptop here from Rory and Rodney, best laptop I have ever used. They got it all set up for me and it works perfectly!!! Thanks guys you did great work!!

I am so happy that I found A1A PC! I took my laptop to another place in Bunnell for a small crack in the plastic around my screen, everything else was working great. I was told 2-3 days and he would call me to pick it up...days turned into weeks.Then I was told that my "motherboard" was blown and that it would be longer. I went in and demanded my laptop because it had been weeks and I knew my computer was in great shape when I took it in. They told me that they couldn't find my laptop and that I needed to come back the next day. I threatened to call police if they didn't find it, and the guy comes out and tries to give me a laptop that wasn't mine! It was scratched up, keys were missing, hinges were broken and there was a hole drilled in the plastic where the web cam was supposed to be!!, and all of my files were gone...pics of my deceased father, and pics of my kids..He insisted my files were there so....I took it home to try to get my files IF they were there somewhere. There was nothing..it was wiped clean, everything was gone. It was horrible. My friend recommended A1A PC and said that they were great, and that they would be able to help me. I took the comp. in to see if they might be able to find any files of mine somewhere on this thing. I was told that, on top of it not being the computer I originally took in, it had an illegal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate! Steve and Rodney went through the laptop and confirmed that everything was gone, and that it wasn't mine. They explained to me all of the info. I would need to know about the comp when I took it back. Steve even went with me to the shop to go over the new computer they were trying to give me. He was genuinely concerned about me losing all of my files and pics and said so to them. This whole ordeal took about 15 weeks with this other place...and the moment I went to A1A PC I knew they were different. Rodney gave me a great comp. to use until I got mine back. These guys are compassionate and genuinely care about their customers. You can tell the difference as soon as you walk in the door.They do their work out in the open.(.not behind a double sided mirror like the other place..they hide behind it when they don't want to talk to you) They are honest, knowledgable, and treat their customers great! I will NEVER go anywhere else again. I recommend A1A PC to anyone that is in need of any type of computer related needs. They guarantee their work and will even come to you if needed. These guys are great! Their prices are very reasonable and they explain what needs to be done to your comp. BEFORE they do anything to it..They also buy and sell computers and accessories if you're in need of something new.These guys are awesome and I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks Rodney and Steven!
