        Overall

        A1 is by no means "professional". This company was suppose to be at my home at noon one day and by 5pm they were still a no call no show. I called them - VERY unprofessional - and had NO excuse for not calling me. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. There are way too many other tree services out there so DO NOT use this one!!!

        DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will damage your property and then refuse to pay for it! The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are careless and reckless. You do NOT want this company to do any work for you!
