I drive from santa Clarita to Alhambra to take my kids to their dentist, Dr. Niu. It is worth the drive. They get top of the line customer service. Our first appointment was back in 1997 when my son was 7 years old and to this day, 2016, we have not gone to any other dentist. I love his innovative approach to dentistry. His cavity preventive approach using sealants has helped both my kids retain cavity-free set of teeth. His technique of dealing with wisdom tooth extraction has amazed me! No surgery, no swelling, no need for pain pills. I trust what he does with my kids dental health 100%. There is no doubt in my mind that he is one of the best, it not, The Best dentist around. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist who is innovative, caring and knowledgeable.

Stay away. Trust feedback. There are better doctors who have the kindness and understanding needed from a dentist for young children. I brought my 2 children here once last year. I will not be coming back. The dentist asks for money.

Dr. Niu's dentistry is wonderful! He was my orthodontist when I had braces, but I also see him for regular check-ups. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed, but I was not worried at all. There was no pain, no swelling or medication needed the next day. All my widom teeth were extracted by Dr. Niu and I never had to take medication or had my face swell like other wisdom teeth cases. Dr. Niu waits for the wisdom tooth/teeth to grow out so he won't need to cut open your gums, which will cause the swelling and pain. My siblings also go to Dr. Niu and they also think its great!



As for my braces, my teeth are straight and I get compliments on how straight they are often. Dr. Niu made ortho visits easy and quick, but with quality care!

Dr. Niu is the best! Just got my two wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Niu made it quick and painless. Didn't get any swelling at all. I've been coming here since I was a little kid and every visit always ends well. Got my braces done here and now my teeth look great. Dental assistants -- Lisa is the kindest lady and Alex is really funny. They are both so friendly and kind and do a great job cleaning your teeth! ( they will happily clean your retainer for you too) I'm always happy to see them there. Overall a fantastic dentist. Dr. Niu is very professional and honest, always looking out for whats best for his patients. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Niu and his staffs are kind and professional. Actually I am so glad that I finally found Dr. Niu after many previous experiences of taking my kids to other dentists. We have to drive 1 hour during traffic hours to get there but it is well worth it. One other doctor that I took my son to injected four times local anesthesia, but unable to make my son to open his month for treatment and then he suggests us to use general anesthesia. To me, it just goes too far to get dental treatment under general anesthesia. After that, I saw an article that Dr. Niu wrote and was so happy that his treatment belief is just what I am looking for. Dr. Niu masters both the power and the care to make my children to cooperate with him during treatment without the administration of general anesthesia. He is very gentle and slow while injecting local anesthesia. My son has been visiting Dr. Niu for over two years since he was 5 and he underwent root canal, tooth extraction, space maintainer placement and now he is not afraid to going to Dr. Niu’s office any more. My daughter has been visiting Dr. Niu since she was 4 and Dr. Niu made her to cooperate during baby root canal. Some complication does occur sometime several weeks or months after the treatment but Dr. Niu would closely follow up and allow the parents to be well informed for next treatment procedures and options. I would recommend Dr. Niu if you have very young kids that need dental treatment.

The doctor and the staff are very professional. I would recommend Gary Niu to any of my friend for dental treatment.

Gary and his staff are extremely well-mannered and consistently maintain a high level of professionalism. They understand the issues of their clients and work with them to ensure both sides leave the office as winners.



A personal relationship I've had with Dr. Niu and his staff: As a young boy, one of my two front teeth was growing in the opposite direction, heading upwards, instead of downwards. Dr. Niu took on this challenge and successfully altered its route from heading up to down, and looking back I can confidently say that he also altered the course of my life and eased my transitions from childhood to adolescence to young adult.



In visiting Dr. Niu more than 10 years later, I can still expect to be greeted by warm smiles and a genuine compassion for my well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Niu and his staff for your dental needs.
