Amazing, knowledgeable team that quickly resolved my issues with swamp cooler, water heater, and some light maintenance around my place. 10/10 would recommend to use. I also read the 1-star review, and have no clue what Pamela is talking about. Hector was great to work with, very polite and timely, and helped my wife and I resolve the issues we had while i was away. She told me he was excellent.

They were on time and professional,excellent customer service.
the screens and doors that were install are great quality i will totally recommend them to all of our friends thank you A-one screens.

Was treated poorly & yelled at when I questioned why he never showed up on 10-4-15. Or even call me. I told him he owed me an apology instead he threatened me with Harassment with sheriff ?! All because I finally contacted his GF which he calls his business partner to inform her I would appreciate a call why he didn't show up or even have curtiosy to call. Is over priced charges to show up then his GF wants to charge by 15 min. slots. Also told me when he called my cell which has been told numerous times to contact my house phone instead as with health problems have to use headset ordered by doctor.That he doesn't do Handyman work anymore, well funny when we spoke on phone Friday 10-2-15 he said he would come look and we could chat. he just got mad as I finally called the office & spoke to his GF, told her I was very upset as he never showed up nor called & I would appreciate him returning calls & showing up when asked to do so. Very sad as I didn't deserve this nor should business people treat folks this way. And I have texts I saved too I could show his Partner if he wants to threaten me. Very sad as I had in past sent them other business wont do ever again. Wouldn't recommend!!!
