A Class Student Movers

Run away from this company as fast as you can. This horrible company made our move the most stressful, terrible experience ever. We booked two months in advance, were quoted a price and even called to confirm the day before due to a tight time line for closings.



They day of the move, they never showed up, and when they finally answered the phone hours later, they told me too bad, so sad, they couldn't find anyone to show up for work. The owner acted like it was just not his problem. Finally, after several angry phone calls, they showed up 5 hours later, brought an extra person and charged me the extra $40 an hour for them, which was NOT what was quoted to us. They knew we were basically hostages because the closings were done, we had to be out of our house and all other movers were booked. They had a good laugh about it right in front of me.



Once the guys finally loaded our furniture on the truck, they decided they needed a dinner break (even though they were 5 hours late, and had only been working 2 hours). So, my young children got to sit on the bare floors for hours while these clowns took dinner a smoke breaks. The movers smelled like pot, acted like stoners, were unprofessional and rude. We were offered neither an apology nor a discount for their unprofessional behavior, and charged us $800 for the move of a less than 1200 square foot house. I warn you to NEVER, EVER use this company!!
