We dont have a phone for a week because when we had a power outage and the power went back, the phones are no longer working. There were 2 technicians who tried to fix it but they failed. So i searched for telecom companies. Zoecomm was on top of the list. Their staff are very professional. The technician they send out was so nice. He did a great job! I was truly amazed how fast he troubleshoot the phone system. I will surely recommend Zoecomm to my friends.

We have problems with our phones and the last 5 technicians who came here doesn't know what their doing. Im so glad I found Zoecomm. I would recommend Zoecomm to small business owners like me, there's no project too small too big for them. The technician they sent to troubleshoot my phones fixed the issues quickly. They also called the next day to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied.

OUr phone system was experiencing alot of small issues we havent been able to get resolved for months with our prior provider. We called ZoeComm and they tech was able to get all the changes we needed done pretty quickly. The only issue we had is they are always busy but that doesnt stop them from getting someone to us in a reasonable amount o ftime

We have 5 locaitns in the southeast and had a lot of problems getting IT support for all locations. ZoeComm was able to assist us with technology deployments with all locations we will be using them from now on. They have made my job that much easier.

ZoeComm was able to get out and get our building cabled with very short notice so we were able to meet our planned opening date. Definitely worth giving a call if you need computer cables in your office
