First Data Independent Sales

First Data is better than any processor I've ever used. Our restaurant is celebrating it's 20th year in business and First Data has done more to help us grow than any other company. Being in the restaurant business it's crucial to get our deposits fast. We didn't even have to ask them but when we told them that we didn't get our deposits from the other company for 2 or 3 days the sales rep asked us if we wanted "next day funding". Helping us get our money fast was the first thing they did to help us. Then they convinced us to start our gift card program AND taught us how to use them giving us great ideas to promote the cards and they have been a huge hit! The equipment they installed is fast and our fees have actually gone down. What more could you ask from a merchant processing company? We had used First Data in the past and didn't realize it because we were going through our bank. It wasn't until we met Carl Hames & Jason Banther locally in TN that we learned about all the awesome products First Data has to help our business grow. I don't know if I should even mention this publicly but during a bad storm one weekend we lost most all of our electronic equipment: computer, cash register, credit card machine, etc. and we had to pay to replace everything EXCEPT our First Data FD100! Our warranty had expired a few months prior but those nice guys brought us a brand new replacement terminal at no charge. I've never written a review for anyone before but this kind of service deserves the credit. We have the security of a trusted name like First Data and a local agent to help us which makes their slogan ring true: You really do get the best of both worlds.
