Concrete Mystique Engraving

We contracted with this company to design and execute a decorative design for our concrete pool deck and porch, using colored concrete stains and engraving. This contractor ensured us that his work was guaranteed. Within less than six months the stain began to come off of the screened in concrete porch. After several calls the owner who did the work finally came to inspect the problem and to perform some chemical tests to diagnose the problem. Weeks later he said that the tests showed that he should've used a different type of material. He had not tested the concrete before starting the work and was unaware that a different type of material was needed.



His last text said that he is too busy working "on jobs where I can make some money" to work on the botched job he did at our house, for which he was fully paid months ago. My only option seems to be to find a a reliable contractor to repair the mess we now have. This guy is a talented artist but a disaster as a businessman.
