I also live in this trailer park and I have lived there for six years and I will agree with the last comment regarding the trailer park. It used to be a nice place to live but now that there are new managers this new manager is more interested in the interests of the mexicans living there

FIRST OFF THIS WAS A NICE PLACE UNTIL THE MEXICANS TOOK OVER. WE HAVE NEW MANGER THAT IS NOT WORTH Shyt. THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY A WATER BILL WHICH IS A STRAIGHT RIP OFF HOW CAN THEY MAKE UP A WATER BILL WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A WATER MEATER WOW. THEN WHEN YOU PAY YOUR LOT RENT YOU PAY FOR THE SWIMMING POOL WHICH KEEP IN MIND THEY DIDNT OPEN THIS YEAR LOL WOW. THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO COST 3.0.000 TO FIX AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY WOW REALLY. THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND BY THE DUMPY A$$ TRAILER PARK ON(ON OLD TRINTY LANE). WOW THIS TRAILER PARK IS FULL OF shyt AND IT NEEDS A MAKEOVER A.S.A.P. SO IF YOU COME TO NASHVILLE TN. DO NOT STOP @ 201GRIZZARD AVE KEEP GOING PLEASE. XOXOXOXO

This place is FULL of ILLEGALS!!!! What's so bad is that the manager doesn't even care. There are 3-5 illegal families living in one mobile home and the manager won't do anything about it. I.C.E. has been called on them several times recently and they won't do anything either. They block driveways and park their 5-6 cars in front of your place and act like they own the place. This has gotten so ridiculous and out of hand. A van full of illegals comes and goes and drops them off probably so no one will suspect them. They come in after one moves in and brings mattresses on top of their cars. This is how they ease their way in. It's a horrible situation and it needs to be dealt with!! Management should be fired and someone should be brought in that will do their job and go by the law and get them OUT!!!!!!!
