They harassed me and my 90 year old elderly and disabled mother for years. Just found out that I have a default judgment from 2010 which they were collecting on lvnv funding llc. I never had my day in court. I would of been judgements proof. There are no jobs in benton county. They are now 88 of the list of about a 100 in Tennessee. I had no job nor could find one and have RA and will always will. I could get disability but I can't pay bills on it nor I would want to. I am barely serving with no help from anyone. I had to sell everything I had for nothing and move 2 hours away from my family and friends to have a job. I want to settle this matter but they just keep turning over the judgements to other law firms and will not budge an inch on settling. I was a victim of the credit report agency and the telephone reporting agency. They need to be sued and disbarred!
