Arthritis Specialists of Nashville Inc

I was a patient at Arthritis Specialists of Nashville for a few years. Within that time frame, the doctor I was seeing left the practice and I had to see another doctor within the practice. Luckily, I liked the new doctor but she too left the practice and I once again was sent to another doctor that just started with the practice. Keep in mind that both times I had to switch doctors because the doctors I was seeing left the practice. The last doctor that I was sent to was horrible, I hated her. I complained to the practice but was told I could not switch doctors because the didn't allow patients to jump between doctors within the practice. So basically I was told that I had to see Dr. Sujana Reddy whether I liked it or not. Well I didn't and I left the practice because of this. What I experienced was very bad customer service, after all, as patients we are the PAYING customers. Patients have rights and if we do not like a physician we are seeing, we have every right to switch to another doctor. Arthritis Specialists of Nashville did not listen to my concerns and I was treated very badly. I did find a new practice and a new physician and I am very happy.
