I got a ring as a birthday gift after my request. The size was big for me, so I went to the store to look for a smaller size. My boyfriend bought it 4 days ahead of my birthday so I went to the store within a week to change it for a small size. I was told the they can't change it because it look like it was used and wasn't in the condition as the new one..... Also that the policy is change with in 30 days.... And I was like in shock of what was going on in the store.... First the ring wasn't used he bought it in that condition and I went to the store to change the size at day # 5 . I was told also that I should wear it in my middle finger, usually that one is bigger... After few arguments in the store finally they changed. But what Iearn is not ro spend any penny in that store. Their warranty is a jole and their quality is questionable. So disappointed with the service and the quality of their jewelry.

This location is terrible. They closed the store on a Saturday exactly 1 week before Valentines day this year 2015 for "remodeling". They didn't have the decency to answer the phone when I tried calling before starting my half hour commute to let me or anyone else know before hand. I've tried calling since to voice my opinion and they NEVER answer their phone line. Don't even know why they list one as I've never seen a single phone in the store.



The location at Pennichuck Square in Merrimack NH is AWESOME!!!!
