I rented from them for a year and a half and would have rented longer if I could've. They took excellent care of the property and always kept it looking clean, inside and out. The maintenance crew members were nice guys and were proficient with quickly finding solutions to any emergency or non-emergency issues. They made sure to give us proper notice before starting projects, even ones that didn't require them to enter my apartment. The owner Mike was always fair about rent and kept it really affordable for the value of the apartment.
