took 4 days just to get estimate, they would not talk to me only company even though I pay the bill. Said would be under warranty if I had Invoice of repair, Turbo is only 8 months old, They said dirt was in turbo and they will not warranty it. Not good, I will be contacting Freightliner corp office.

I called to set up a time for them to work on my motorhome and the service manager argued with me as to whether the steering column was part of the chassis that should be warranted by Freightliner, he finally agreed that it was and told me to bring the motorhome in the next week on Tuesday morning. I did so and told him that the dash air repair we had talked about would be paid for by the coach manufacturer if he would call their customer service number. I called to check on the repairs at 4 PM and was told they had not gotten to my vehicle. and they would try to get to it the next day, Wednesday. I told the man we lived in the motorhome and could not leave it overnight, he then said "bring it in Thursday and they would "try to work it in". Apparently they do not like to work on motorhomes or they just have no regard for their customers.
