This is one 'for the books' !!!!

Up front: Forget this Taxi service. I called on 12-09-15 and requested pick up in front of the downtown Starbucks. I waited over one hour while the driver kept calling and insisted that I be at the courthouse. No clue since I am from Chicago....

A beat up disgusting and filthy ready for the junk yard van showed up. Reluctantly I climbed inside having waited already way too long. A Haitian driver who is sweaty and smells accordingly does anything but to greet me. I gave him the address: 4269 Enterprise Ave - quite a large road near the airport. Well, the driver kept cruising on an entire different road desperately looking for the non existing house #. I pointed out that he is on the wrong road =. The meter at that point showed $20.00 exactly. Reaching the destination after another 8-10 minutes the meter read $25.00. I handed the driver $20.00 explaining politely that I was not going to pay for his ignorance and excessive waiting time. With that he went absolutely berserk, started to curse and refusing to open to door so I could exit. I showed him my phone and offered to call the police. With he unlocked the door I exited followed by an amazing choice of vocabulary of un polite words and insults that followed me all the way to the entrance of my destination.

MINUS FIVE STARS WOULD BE MY RATING !!!!

Haitian dispatcher barely speaks english...took 3 calls to get a car...avoid this company!!!

Taxi Pam is my "go to" transport ion service when it comes to a fast, reliable and clean transportation. I have always experienced kind and efficient service. I highly recommend this transport company.

The rate from airport is $40. On the website is says $50 to airport. They ran the meter and demanded $65 when dropping us off. Last time I use this service. It was like I was getting fleeced in a foreign country from scammers.

I am really happy and excited also about the type of service I did receive from Taxi Richard. From the dispatch answer to the pickup and drop-off, all was perfect. The taxi cab was nice and clean. To be honest with you, I have been travelling for years and years from Fort-Myers Airport to Naples back and forth and this was my first experience with Pam Taxi. My regular driver from company X was sick and I didn't have much choice than get somebody else. That was a great experience, I like their service. I am gonna use them also tomorrow for my daughter coming from Charlotte to Rsw. Thanks again guy. Keep it like this....

5 star service. I have been coming to Naples for over 10 years. This is the first time I have used Taxi Pam because the service company I hired din't show up and I call 411 for a serious Taxi cab service. Taxi Pam was on the top list. I will never use another company. They not only take you to your destination, they offer suggestions of places to visit (if you ask) Even will make side stops at Walgreens and/or Starbucks.Very prompt and dependable.
