BAD. The closed the door on my face too. I had an UTI and was there like 10 minutes till 6 and they also told me the the Doctor w not taking anymore patients. SHE SENT AWAY to the clinic on goodlette and pine ridge that is open until 8 pm

The place was clean and the girl at the front was nice but we waited almost an hour when there was only one person in front of us and we got there at 5:10pm. The Physicians Assistant Greg Bailey and the nurse who saw my boyfriend had the WORST bedside manner I have ever encountered. My boyfriends face was swollen 5x's normal after having started an antibiotic the day before that he has never taken (for a tooth he was waiting on a root canal for) he is allergic to penicillan and when both the nurse and Greg Bailey saw him they said "Why are you even here?" "What is it that you think we are going to do?" "We aren't going to give you any more pain meds" I had to speak up and explain to them that obviously we don't know what caused such bad swelling which was WHY we were there which was WHAT we wrote on the forms you are made to fill out before even being seen, and CLEARLY his face shouldn't look like that. He was afraid the swelling would get worse , and what would happen if it was a reaction to the antibiotic and he died??????? Because you think he is just there to get pain meds......you are an idiot Greg Bailey. You are supposed to be experienced in allergies etc etc so your little biography claims but you are a condescending twit who has no business being in the medical field.

I got there sick 15 min before they close and they told me they were not seeing me because dr already prepare to go home. If u f...ng close at 6 and will not take before 15 min prior why dont you guys put a CLOSE sign and lock the door at 5:45 then? Do not recommend horrible customer service.

I went there for a sinus infection, and the doctor seemed ok, but they wanted to do an x-ray that I know I didn't need because I get sinus infections all the time.
