Very helpful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere no hard sales. The selection of fabrics is overwhelming from the outside you would not know the store is so big. Pricing is very good. What I like is fabrics are not inflated in price and then put on sale like other fabrics stores do. I was very pleased with the quality and quick service. Also what impressed me is how well the customers know the staff, you can tell they have repeat customers for years.

As an interior designer new to the area, they've been very helpful and reliable. They've done great work and will be my go to workroom.

Very frustrating !! Extremely disorganized staff and sloppy work on the project.They have nice fabric but I would never have them do a project for me again . It took three times longer than they promised and no one called to let me know when it was done, I had to keep calling them. The pillows were not done the way I ordered them, and the bed scarf had burn marks on it from an iron.--they said they would redo in three days. 2 weeks later I called and they said it was done. I drove an hour to pick it up and when I got there they said it was not done, that was someone else's. oops.

Another week and a half later I called and they said it was done. I got to drive another hour and give them $500 for a project I was not happy with.
