Heron Park Apartments

When i m goinna have my deposit back from Heron Park Apartments. 08/18/13 i asked for application charge was $50. paid and they asked $200.00 holding fee $50 from the 200 go to the deposit + 650 deposit, total deposit $700. I don`t know what that mean Holding fee. they asked me to move in the 25 I told them I can`t. I dont request any specific apartment just give me any building I m going to move on the first next month. 09/28 /13 had some problem I was not able to complete the moving process I Contact the office and ask for a refund of my $900.00 the manager told me I m not going to have all the money back but the deposit that is fine for me. The deposit $700. they said they will refund me $650.00 still fine with me. Schedule for 2 weeks from 09/28/13. Back to the office 10/16/13 the manager said by law that can take 30 days. Back to the office 10/29/13 the manager said they will call me in the 11/08/13 that will be 30 days. no called back to the office 11/13/13 The supervisor told me they don`t know when they going to have the money they cant give me any that and they want me to leave the office now before they call the police for me i m not suppose to be there if they don`t call me to tell me coming to get my money. I m still waiting on Heron Park to call me for my deposit. today 11/18/13
