Eyeglass World

I would like to start off by saying Thank you, the impact your company and employees made on my family is indescribable. My daughter was held back a year due to not being able to see correctly, this was very challenging on my child and us. We couldn't afford glasses for her until we received a voucher from the school for FREE glasses.

This summer I brought my daughter in the Naples store to see about getting her some glasses. As I walked in embarrassed and ashamed, I was greeted and approached by an employee name Christine, explained to Christine we had this voucher. Right away, she takes my daughter over to the kid section and helped her pick out some awesome glasses. As we were making our selection, the manager Heather came over to compliment my daughter in a couple pair my daughter picked out.

Once the frames were picked out we were informed that they could be done the same day! We came back 45 mins later to pick them up. As we walked in Heather right away greets us and grabbed the glasses.. she did some adjustment to the glasses to help fit my daughter head. Heather was extremely helpful and very positive. To see the face of my daughter as we walked out until now is priceless. She can see! And she feel confident and beautiful in her new glasses.

This brings joy and tears to my eyes for the positive great change your company and employees made in our life.
