This doctor is no doubt a top-notch when it comes to expertise. Unfortunately, I could wish for someone a bit warmer in his approach. It's not every day you get a root canal done so I was nervous and in need of reassurance, which is understandable, I think. His attitude towards me could be described as clinical. He did smile once at a joke I attempted, so that made me feel a little better - he is a human.
On the technical side, I have to give him that the job was well done, I have no complaints whatsoever.
