Overall I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the install,



After getting to hear a couple of horror stories from my friends I was careful to pick a contractor to put in our irrigation system. Scotts offer very reasonably priced using quality components.



Scott does the assessment himself and you can tell that he speaks from experience and not from sales training.



The backoffice is always available and there are no answering machines that make you hope you will get a call back in the next week.



The plumber team was on time, very polite and experienced.



His outside team of 5 worked quick and professional was able to consider special requests without any discussion. The thing that most impressed me was how clean the lawn was after the install with literally no damage.



One area of improvement. Offering a 1/2/3 year "Getting-ready-for-Summer/Winter" package would be a plus.
