Hollywood Palms Cinema Bar & Eatery

This theatre is near me so I've given it many opportunities and its been failing everytime lately. This time on the opening night of the a movie only 1 person was taking orders for a full theatre!She was very kind but the amount of time we waited to give our order and get our food was horrible!25 minutes (when we were among 1st inside) and another 45 to get food while people around us who ordered after we're getting food. Spending $20 at the bar, plus $50 in food with this service, not to mention cheap desk chairs to sit on is not worthy.Couldn't even enjoy the movie in the beginning. We even got there 50 minutes before the movie started in hopes of ordering before the movie. It would help if they had electronic devices to send orders back as they get them, but no, the servers have to write it on paper and when they have a bunch walk it back. NO space to write about other disappointments, but save yourself. Go to Studio Movie Grill in Wheaton.

Nice experience. Fun for families especially. Food is okay, but its just fun for the family. Came with free tickets for birthday and only had to pay for the food. Fun, fun, fun......and different from the usual show experience. If you're looking for the Ritz and willing to pay the price go elsewhere, otherwise enjoy......

What a joke, as we walked in only seating was at the bar, the place is set up likie a dance club, no lounge seating or anything just standing room only.

Then we get corralled into a room with a bunch of office chairs and wood boards they call counters and that is the theater..no recliners but a cheap office chair with wheels... a regular movie theater is more relaxing. Sorry , Naperville we need to go to the boilingbrook gold cinema to get the naperville treatment, nice lounges and bar areas, you don't mind waiting and assigned seating so you don't have to rush in to get a seat and lastly big wonderful 1st class seats with call buttons.

Done right hollywood palms done on the cheap.

If I'm being honest the food kind of sucked. It was bar food, tho, so I wasnt expecting much better. The drinks were good though and the theatre is amazing! The chairs are comfortable, the scenery is terrific. This is a great place to catch a movie. Just dont expect fine dining.
