Bright Start Child Care & Learning Center

My husband and I relocated to Naperville for just a few months from LA for work. I had to find a daycare for my 18 month old and 4 yr old to start right away. Trying to do this from afar was extremely challenging but Michelle made the process so much easier for me. I called a number of places who would promise to call me back and talk further and then I would never hear from them again. Michelle always returned my calls, answered all my questions and did everything she could to put me at ease about starting my kids somewhere that I was not able to tour. Once we arrived I knew I had made the right choice. The teachers were all so loving.



Both children settled really quickly and my 4 yr old got to go on 2 or 3 field trips a week during Summer Camp. She had a blast. She also learned so much more than her school back at home. In just 3 months she was able to count to 100 in Spanish and tell me all the colors in Spanish. She is also starting to read alone. This school is very caring and like a big family. Michelle is always available when you need her. You will not be disappointed if you send your children here.

It sounds as if Emily either is a competitor or has a personal vendetta against this center. Her "facts" are completely wrong. No infants enrolled? My wife and I have had our infant enrolled since Bright Start opened. There has always been between 3 and 8 babies in our daughters class. 2 staff members? They have always had at least 8-10 staff members. 2 in the infant room alone. Very unorganized? We had our son at 2 other local centers and I can honestly say neither comes close to Bright Start in being organized. Everything is always prepared and ready for us. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We have never seen a more personal, caring and loving staff. The cribs are falling apart? After reading Emily's goofy review, I asked the owner if I could check the cribs. 100% perfect.

Bright start has surveillance cameras allowing us to monitor the classroom from work. NO OTHER CENTER OFFERS THIS. Anyone looking for child care would be remiss to not look into Bright Start. I don't remember how many children were there in Feb. Not sure why that matters. However, they have over 50 enrolled now. And haven't even been open a year yet. Seems pretty good to me in this economy. I never leave reviews for anyone or anything. EVER. I had to for this center to set the facts straight. COULD IT BE THAT MAYBE EMILY DIDN'T GET HIRED???? . Just sayin'

I moved our 2 children to Bright Start Child Care from a big name center for a few reasons. I can watch my kids on my iphone or PC as they have cameras available. They offer Spanish enrichment, the cost is right, the owners are available 24/7 with any questions I may have, and they have a money back guarantee. I would highly recommend taking a tour. They even let me have 1 day free to see if my children liked it. WE WERE SOLD!!

My wife and I recently moved our young children to Bright Start. The switch was not easy, but after touring the facility with the passionate owners, we felt at ease. As busy professionals with demanding careers, we needed a child care provider who could provide a caring and educational environment for our two young children. We sought out Bright Start in hopes they could provide compassion for our children while challenging them to learn more each day.

-Willingness to discuss what was "learned" at school (Spanish, arts/crafts, letters, etc.)



We feel that the level of care that Michelle and her team provide is outstanding. We would recommend this day care to all.
