I went to the Shell Gas station at 300 Lincoln Ave, Napa, CA 94558, to get my car washed on Saturday, February 26, 2011, at around 4:30 PM. I asked for a $6.00 car wash and I handed the attendant a $20.00 bill I had just got at WallMart to pay and I walked out, but when I walked outside I noticed the attendant had only given me $6.00 in change instead of $14.00 and when I went inside to tell him he short changed me he acted snotty and claimed I only gave him a $10.00 bill. I asked the guy for the owner's name but he said he does not know. No one likes to be short changed or a thief and Shell on Lincoln lost a customer due to this employee theft.

Recently I visited your station and purchased some gas and decided to try your car wash. I was very unhappy with the results. My truck is still dirty and wet (I actually paid for the $6.00 wash) and without being disrespectful I received a $2.00 wash. It is sad to say that even though I live right around the corner I will never try your car wash again.

On the postive side your gas station is clean, neat and organized and that is always very important..
