        Overall

        Bought a 1400 sq ft Manufactured Home there 8 months ago and really enjoy the quiet, very peaceful atmosphere; great management ... very personable and fair. Very slowly replacing with newer homes; over half with newer MH homes. There are some available. Great move!

        best 6 years of my life

        It does not look like much. But it is very clean and kept up due to the fabulous management. Ms. Millard is strict but very fair to all.
