I used to work with Dr. Lana Roberts at a different clinic and have seen firsthand the kind of medical care she provides. She strives for excellence and always goes the extra mile to make sure your pet receives the best care. She is incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a doctor who really does her research and stays up to date on all of the latest findings and protocols in the veterinary field. She has cared for my pets for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. In my opinion, the quality of her service is unmatched and I will be her client until the day she retires. My pets give her two paws up!

My dogs eye ruptured because she refused to make an attempt to give him a through examination wouldn't listen about the pain medication not working referred him off to another doctor meanwhile while waiting to be seen his eye rupture and the second eye started to rupture we had to put him down she is more concerned with the bill than the animal

Just love Dr. Shirley...he surpassed my expectations..treated my 15 year old shepard like it she was family....

The Dr. is rude and condescending. She has no empathy for the owner s of the pets that are brought to her clinic. Twice we had an animal emergency and neither time would she see our pet. Our beloved dog was extremely ill. I called asking for him to be seen she refused and said it was by appointment only. After I called two more times begging her to make room for our dog as we watched him slipping away, she told us she works on appointment only and is not interested in our dogs health crisis. Our dog passed away, I will NEVER set foot or spend another dime in her clinic ever again. Choose another clinic if you love your animal.
