        It's the trust factor.

        It may be the trust factor, and they may do excellent work, but they couldn't care less about their employees. They work them like dogs. The super intendents suck. They give you what's called "perdium" (food and lodging) but some of the bosses take their money for nonsense things like not signing in in the morning. They don't give you days off, even for family or personal emergencies. I get that it's construction, and they need to get things done, but they could show at least a little bit of compassion for those that have families.
