Jason Henderson with Carpet 911 was great. He called before the appointment, was here on time, went over the options for cleaning our areas and then proceeded to complete the work. He went over our living area a second time to get out the tough stains and then stayed extra to make sure the rugs were drying properly. Our carpet is an older, but high quality, which is why we've chosen to clean versus replace. Over the last few years we've tried several local businesses but always with the same results. The stains would return as soon as the carpet dried. More than once we had to pay an additional amount for stain treatments. Until this year we tried Carpet 911. They were very accommodating of our schedule, showed up when they said they would, didn't charge extra for stains, AND the carpets are like new beautiful, no stains have resurfaced a couple of weeks later, dried super fast with their powerful fans (even in December!), and smell fresh too! We'll definitely be calling Carpet 911 for all of our carpet cleaning needs. :)

Carpet 911 is without a doubt the BEST carpet cleaning service we have ever used. Always on time, professional, and have never failed to do an outstanding job on our carpets. We have 3 dogs and one of them is prone to accidents, but there is never a trace of stain or odor left when they are done. Thank you, 911~

I’ve used different cleaners in the past, both on my primary residence and rentals. I have never been completely satisfied with the quality of work, until I found Carpet 911. They have went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. They took a stain out of my carpet, that no company was able to do in the past. I have used them twice and will soon use them again, on another rental property.

We had Carpet 911 come to clean our carpets after reading a review. A year ago another company told us we might as well replace our carpet. Frank came and looked at our carpet, determined what was needed and really cleaned it. He brought up the nap, and when he was done, our carpet looked almost new. I highly recommend Carpet 911.

Carpet 911 is the best carpet cleaning company. They come in and prevacuum your house, pretreat areas, then deep clean your carpets, put down fans and then groom your carpet before they leave. I can't recommend them highly enough!
