Westward Trails Nursing & Rehab

Today is my Grandfather's 97th birthday. I was unable to find the phone number that would be direct to his room. This facility to which our family pays in excess of $4300/month was not able to locate his phone number. They wanted to ask him what his phone number was....SERIOUSLY! I have asked 3 times when they would have a notary on site for my Grandfather to sign papers. I am always told that it will be a few more months. This is not a difficult thing to accomplish if you can pass a background check.
