Rockin C Trailers & Truck Accessories

I paid $1600 for new axles under a big old horse and carriage trailer to Rockin C. There was no grease in the axle and caused my wheel to twist off while transporting my horse to a job. They sold me a new tire while it was in their shop and it turned out it was a "like new" used one. They admitted this. They did not bother to fix my trailer for over 2 1/2 months. They agreed to re-do my trailer floor as part of the settlement for this. The floor fell through on one of the boards they "replaced" after using it twice. My horse was not hurt thank God. I tried to reach Jason Chandler, the owner however he is never available. I was treated horribly by this company and once they had my money they did nothing to stand behind their work. I will be happy to show good clear photos of all of the work they did for me if anyone would like to see it. I got nothing but run arounds, shoddy work, lied to about what I bought and spent a lot of money. Please use them with extreme caution.

I paid over 500 for my horse trailer to be fixed and had to take it from their shop straight to another. BEWARE OF HIRING THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY REPAIRS>

The owner told me business was booming. I waited three weeks for a quote, but he "couldn't get around to it"...his manager basically cursed me, when I asked what I needed to do to get a bid on a trailer. I went someplace else.
