        If I ever had to have back or neck surgery again I would go back to Dr. Mike Randle!!!! He is an awesome neurosurgeon. I was very happy with my results with having back surgery, lumbar fusion a year ago. From the time I woke up after surgery I felt like a new person. Now just having gone through neck surgery by Dr. Randle I can honestly say he is the BEST!!! His office is so clean and the exam rooms are spectacular. Dr. Randle's office staff is totally awesome also. If you want to be cared for and treated as a person not a number, Nacogdoches Neurosurgery, Dr. Mike Randle is the place for you to go. I have to rate Dr. Randle with a 5 star!!!!!
