Wave Rider Resort

i booked a room through the wave rider for a condo at blue waters. that was my first mistake I WENT FOR A SPIRIUTAL RETREAT AND.upon arrival after traveling for 6 hours with 4 small children checked into the condo only to find it dirty to the point house keeping had to come clean before i could unpack there were dirty dishes in dishwasher, microwave filthy air not working,frig broken had to make numerous calls which got answered if the wind blew right only to find i had to sit and wait for another service call to the room that was my first night at the beach. 2nd day no water pressure in kitchen sink but water was leaking all over the counter and floor placed another call only to get a response of lady if your not happy you can check out or we can have the police escort you out .hummm peak season and 4 children i just wanted the room to be clean and maintained oh did i mention they had to remove the air filter from the air conditioner because it was so nasty and never replaced it at this point i bit the bullet and said never again will i book throught this half A establishment.upon check out i returned the keys yes i checked out late because i was up all night with the person next door with their tv blaring and security couldn't get anyone to answer the door to ask them to turn it down anyway this what' i will call man"not fit to work with the public took the keys when he realized i was the person he told earlier in the week i filed too many requests and could check out he became rude and informed me there would be an additional charge for late check out again did he freakin bump his head and forget i spent my 1st night putting out their fires????i wasn't going to be rude and said ok just bill me he pulled my cc reciept and walked to the cc machine where he tried to run a charges (now I want to know why his cc machine gave him my full cc number and not the last 4 digits like it's suppose to) i didn't authorize him to do such and i told him he better not be putting that on my cc he proceeded to start screaming at me to get out threatened me with the police nice atmosphere for the couple checking in at the counter by another employee.I told him not to speak to me like that then he became so loud i thought he was going to have a stroke.if nothing else comes of this I promised him i would give a full review and see his supervisor and he informed me he ran the show there WOW so if you plan on staying here take your bullet proof vest,cleaning supplies,and plenty of fans for your going to need them. NEVER,NEVER again will i do business with them for anything.

It would be really nice if you would answer the phones!!
